This OD simulation is ideal for organizations wanting to address a ‘Silo-ed’ structure. Each of the team needs to build a bridge, which connect with the bridges of every other team. The task is completed only when each member of every team crosses over on all the interconnected bridges. Each bridge needs to be at a minimum of 5 feet in height above the ground. All bridges need to be inter-connected and users should be able to switch from one to the next without needing to step-off on the ground. A Bridge To Far is a challenging, construction-themed team building task that's ideal for uniting the whole workforce under one roof. Each team works together to create a section of a bridge using only the materials supplied by us. Bridge building is one of the most effective ways to illustrate the dire consequences of poor teamwork. If one section is weak, the entire structure is under threat.
