Each team designs, decorates and brands their own bridge. In the end, the bridge needs to be big enough, strong enough and stable enough to allow a large remote-controlled vehicle to safely cross it. Team tables are optional when space allows. You’ll also want 4 large rectangular tables at the front of the room to hold all the bridge building materials. For groups larger than 50 people, we’ll need a microphone and speaker setup, and strongly suggest a riser for an elevated stage.
Build a Bridge is a game you can use with teams of 4-6 people. You set them the task of building sturdy bridges from the materials you provide and then watch how they work together. You will need a space large enough for the team to separate into smaller groups and the following materials: Introduce the purpose of the exercise: to experience the importance of paying attention to work processes and team relationships, as well as results.
