The testing center fee is separate from the initial application fee. There are over 8,000 Prometric testing centers worldwide. After examinees are admitted to the CP® Program, they will work directly with Prometric to confirm testing appointments. The website has a list of testing centers. Be sure to choose National Association of Legal Assistants (NALA) as the Sponsor name from the drop-down menu of certification programs for an accurate list of testing centers. Examinees will receive an email notification from NALA when Prometric is ready to accept appointments for the Certified Paralegal Exam.

Examinees may NOT contact Prometric until this notification is received. The notification will include the Prometric Launch ID. This number should be identical to the information provided by NALA. If it is not, examinees should contact NALA immediately. Prometric provides two easy methods to schedule test appointments: Test appointments can be canceled and/or rescheduled through the Prometric website.

Prometric has strict rules regarding cancelation or rescheduling appointments.
