My original review is below but the app isn’t as great as I once thought. I can no longer pay my bill through the app. Scheduling work orders is not reliable because sometimes the app is not functioning, scheduling is not available, and work orders disappear. Management/Maintenance reschedules the world orders and they show up when I’m not home. NYCHA please do better. _______Would be great if I could see the balance history on my account and also see the actual bill before paying it.

Reading the comments years ago in my head thinking: these people probably never really tried to even get it to work, watch me...Psych! After entering yeh requires login details (last name - DOB - last 4 of SS) I called the number the app refers you to (NYCHA Customer Service) who don’t even have an extension for... Much to their credit they helped me enroll in their services through an emailed link, provided me with information I didn’t have on hand and assisted me very well though my journey to use... At the end of the enrollment process the representative informs me that they no longer support the app.Anyone with common sense reading the comments and reviews would have come to that conclusion but in... That is our best bet and is a fine one if you’re not a complainer. In short — the app doesn’t work.

Why is the real reason if you changed payment center that’s what messed the app up more you need to get fund or ask the bank to help out with the app the bank... Have a good Monday.
