For undergraduate students of elementary education, (2) Develop a supplementary curriculum to build technological competence for undergraduate students in elementary education, (3) Compare the technological competence of undergraduate students in elementary education. before and after using the supplementary curriculum to build technological competence for undergraduate students in elementary education, and (4) Study satisfaction of bachelor’s degree students in primary education towards supplementary courses to enhabce technological... The research sample used in this study consisted of 30 undergraduate students in Elementary Education program of Phra Nakhon Si Ayutthaya Rajabhat University in Semester 1, Academic Year 2021. Which were by Cluster sampling. The research instruments consisted of (1) Interview (2) Enhance Curriculum (3) The test and (4) The satisfaction assessment. This research uses research methods in the form of research and development, by using mixed method research methodology, which is a study based on a quantitative method supplemented by qualitative methods.

Findings are as follows: 1. The results of the study of the basic information and the necessary requirements on technological competence found that complementary courses to build technology competency for students in the field of primary education that has... Students can actually use it in teaching and learning and can be developed into courses at all levels. 2. The curriculum development model is appropriate and consistent with concepts, theories supports, procedures and systems. The course is a program suitable for use in learning management at the elementary level.

Complementary curriculum components are (1) Aims, Aims, Objectives, (2) Content and Experiential, (3) Curriculum Implementation, (4) Assessments, which address the technological competences of Kahoot, Quizizz and the Word Wall. By examining the quality and appropriateness of the curriculum, it was found that all components were consistent at a very good level. The supplementary curriculum to build technological competency for students of primary education subjects developed by the researcher requires supporting factors: (1) students’ ability to use technology and (2) curriculum management, as well as guidelines... This is an assessment to compare competency before and after using the course. The overall student assessment results regarding technological competency were at a very good level, indicating that the curriculum and course manuals and efficient data collection tools. 3.

Technology competency for elementary education students after school is higher than before statistically significant at the .01 level. 4. The students’ satisfaction with the supplementary courses to build competency in technology is at a very good level. This research aims at studying the correlation between levels of personal knowledge management and contributing factors to knowledge management and innovations of non-academic staff by testing the validity of the structure model and collected... The research samples consisted of 326 staff of Suranaree University of Technology, Walailak University and Mae Fah Luang University, selected by means of proportional stratified random sampling. The findings showed that the staff had a high level of knowledge management.

Personal factors such as positions and agencies had correlation with knowledge management of the staff. The structure equation model of factors contributing to knowledge management and innovations were found to be positively correlated and consistent with empirical data (Chi-Square=483.39, df=698, P-value=1.0000, GFI=0.94, AGFI=0.91, RMSEA=0.000, RMR=0.021). This study also revealed that factors of culture and information technology had a direct impact on management of knowledge and creation of innovations. It also found that knowledge management had statistically significant direct effects on innovation as well.
