The Mynycha App Is Now Updated With Brand New Features Facebook
Attention, NYCHA residents! MyNYCHA is your quick and easy one-stop shop for requesting and managing work orders right at your fingertips, at any time of day. MyNYCHA allows residents to create, schedule, and manage work orders from their smartphones, tablets, or computers. In addition to managing work orders, residents can view service interruptions regarding heat, hot water, elevators, electricity, gas, and compactors and view and pay their rent. Registration is not necessary to use the features – residents can simply log in using their last name, date of birth, and last four digits of their Social Security number. I can no longer pay my bill through the app. Scheduling work orders is not reliable because sometimes the app is not functioning, scheduling is not available, and work orders disappear. Management/Maintenance reschedules the world orders and they show up when I’m not home.
NYCHA please do better. _______Would be great if I could see the balance history on my account and also see the actual bill before paying it. Then I'd use the app to pay my bill. For now, I just send payments. Paying through the app would be so much more convenient. The latest version of MyNYCHA allows users to opt in to receive text and email alerts about repair appointments and the status of service interruptions – even when they’re not using the app. MyNYCHA Version 2.3 also allows residents to create work tickets for malfunctioning elevators in their building in addition to requesting repairs for their apartment. Accessible via the web or a free app, MyNYCHA allows public housing residents to request repairs and maintenance 24/7. No registration is required – just log in using your last name, date of birth, and the last four digits of your Social Security number.
