The building was designed to house 216 occupants with an option to convert it into a condominium taking account all the requirements of such structure. It is located near Far Eastern University in Fairview, Quezon City and is under construction. The project is a 3-hectare development located in Roxas City, Capiz. Currently in the building permit stage. The architect was commissioned to do the 3-D of the project using approved plans from a consultant for visualization and construction. It is currently under construction in Quezon province.

Upon completing this brief, I had to redraw an existing building, and thereafter redesign, and reconstruct the residence according to the clients wants and needs.

For this project I had to conduct multiple site visits, and physically measure up each room to make an updated digital plan. Within the following renders I showcase two sets of skills. First, I showcase my ability to draw technical plans that show an elevation, and a floorplan of the building. The location is within the borders of the Jewish Ghetto from World War II. The land under development is limited by four-storey multi-family residential buildings.

Place lost its value due to considerable negligence. In that case, the most important is to find the right form for the difficult subject of commemoration, so that it will not too gloomy and pathetic, close to residential blocks. This is a big challenge to change the function of the area, however, the developed plot has great potential to become one of the most important indicators of Bialystok. The idea is to create a memorial park with a museum that will open up to new space. And it will not disturb the daily activities of residents. My work is a good example of commemorating decent people, using positive emotions.

Staying in this place, you can feel hope and openness. The park is based on a large number of existing trees, which are known to improve the mental wellbeing of the residents. A large amount of greenery do not disturb the ideology of the park of memory but emphasizes it more.
