Collection of personal works done using various mediums. This page of my portfolio showcases some of my 2D works from various projects created during my projects and leisure time. Here you can find illustrations, concept art, character designs, and more. These designs are mainly created using Adobe Photoshop & Adobe Illustrator. The project involved redesigning an existing app icon, along with creating a splash page and an accompanying infographic. The project involved designing various elements/compounds for a card game aimed at educating the target audience about the periodic table.
This included designing the back of the game cards, creating four unique front designs for the cards to represent different elements/compounds, designing the game board, and crafting a poster and cover for the board... For this project, the task was to design four different background concept art, based on any chosen theme. I chose a fantasy concept, which allowed for enchanting and magical designs. The project involved designing four different traditional pastries from Singapore, namely Pineapple Tart, Kueh Dadar, Kueh Lapis, and Curry Puff. This Is My Art Portfolio For Junior Year Of High School. “It is better to fail in originality than to succeed in imitation”
This site contains a collection of my works, ranging from physical media to digital, from 2013-2024. I specialize currently in 2D/3D modeling, texturing, animation, and game design within Unreal Engine 5. 3D puzzle game created by college seniors for their capstone project. I focused in 2D art, 3D art, narrative, and UI design. Webtoon/Webcomic project entered into Webtoon's "Call to Action" contest. First chapter follows the characters Cy and Kae fighting monsters to retrieve their client's valuable possession.
A girl's adventure with her dad and friends. An animatic project for class that focused on narrative. The story is about a girl spending time with her dad and imaginary friends. One day her dad disappears and she tries to find him with the help of those friends. As she grows older, she loses her friends, and they all inevitably disappear. This is a selection of some of my best 2D works, both traditional and digital.

The best part of this project was being able to express the sexuality I am proud of. While the worst part was the marker technique. There are distinct streaks from the marker which makes the work look worse up close. If I had to redo this project, I would change the medium.
I would use colored pencils instead of markers to prevent the streaking. Further, I made this project my own by using my preferred name. The mediums used were colored pencils and sharpie. For the strongest part of the project was partially blending the blue background. It makes it more realistic that way. The weakest part of Patrick is his sharpie outline.
Changing it would make Patrick look sharper and cleaner. If I had to redo this project I would change the character of choice. Instead of Patrick, I would create Clifford. That is because I have a friend named Cliff, and would gift it to him. I made this project my own by coloring to the full saturation. Mediums used were acrylic paint.
The strongest part of this project was the monochromatic quadrant because it came out better than I have thought it would. While the weakest part of the project was the brush strokes. They could have been better. If I had to redo this project I would make a design that is more abstract so there is less detail. That would make the process quicker and smoother. I made this project my own by making it harder than it should have been.
Mediums used were lino blocks and block painting ink. The strongest part of the project is my signature. I like how I came up with that idea. I like how the A & H work so fluidly together. That’s going to be my initial signature from this point onwards. For the weakest part of the project, that goes to the bubbles at the top.
I couldn’t make them give the illusion of movement. I relied on some chater to perceive that. If I had the opportunity to do this project again, I would change the background. The bubbles were small and frustrating to carve out. Making this project my own was simple, marine scene. I have always found marine life fascinating and was happy that it came out this great.
The media used were watercolor and watercolor paper. The strongest part of my project was the fanning on the main tree. I like it because that gives life to the tree. It’s almost like it resembles a whole cherry tree. But the weakest part of the project was the blending. I couldn’t create the proper effect that nature creates on it’s own.
Generally, I’m surprised by the fact I could make the tree outline look decent, knowing my history with trees. If I had to redo this project, I would change the tree itself. The branches are rounded and not realistic up close. I made this project my own by creating a tree from scratch. I am not good at making them. This brings me back to last year in 3D design with the flop trees I made.
That was not a fun experience with all that bullying.
