42 is an innovative engineering and programming college that offers rigorous, industry-leading education in a professional environment. Our program is designed to prepare students for the workplace using an instructional design that means students learn skills for the digital world and for the technology industry. The 42 program is a flexible, rigorous software engineering and computer programming program that is designed to last from 3 to 5 years. However, students at 42 Bangkok tend to stay around 12-18 months before they get jobs or internships. Learning and progress are expressed as levels not grades. Students control what they learn, when they learn, and how they learn.

สถาบันเทคโนโลยีพระจอมเกล้าเจ้าคุณทหารลาดกระบัง (สจล.) ร่วมกับโรงเรียนสอนนักเขียนโปรแกรมคอมพิวเตอร์ กรุงปารีส ประเทศฝรั่งเศส ลงนามความร่วมมือจัดตั้ง “เอกอล 42 แบง ค็อก” (Ecole 42 Bangkok) ซึ่งเป็นสถาบันสอนนักเขียนโปรแกรมแห่งแรกในไทยและในอาเซียน เพื่อสนับสนุนศักยภาพของคนไทยและแก้ปัญหาการขาดแคลนโปรแกรมเมอร์ เป็นโรงเรียนทางเลือกที่มีต้นแบบมาจากประเทศฝรั่งเศส ภายใต้การดำเนินงานของสถาบันเทคโนโลยีพระจอมเกล้าเจ้าคุณทหารลาดกระบัง โดยมี 3 แนวคิดหลัก คือ ไม่มีอาจารย์ ไม่มีปริญญา และไม่มีค่าเทอม คุณสมบัติของผู้สมัคร - เป็นบุคคลทั่วไป ไม่จำกัดเพศ มีอายุอย่างน้อย 18 ปี - ไม่ต้องมีวุฒิการศึกษาหรือเคยเรียนเขียนโปรแกรมมาก่อน ขั้นตอนการรับสมัคร 1. ผู้สมัครจะต้องทำ Online Test เพื่อวัดว่ามีตรรกะด้านการเขียนโปรแกรมมากน้อยแค่ไหน 2. ผู้ที่ผ่านการทดสอบ online จะเข้าสู่รอบ Check In คนที่ยืนยันสิทธิ์ก่อนจำนวน 500 คนก็จะได้เข้าไปสู่รอบถัดไป เพื่อคัดเลือกคนที่มีความต้องการเรียนจริงๆ 3. จากนั้นจะได้รับบัตรเชิญให้เข้าร่วมกิจกรรมเพื่อทดสอบในขั้นต่อไปที่เรียกว่า Piscine โดยในขั้นตอนนี้ผู้ที่ผ่านการคัดเลือกจะต้องทำโปรเจกต์และเขียนโปรแกรมแบบเข้มงวดทุกวัน เป็นระยะเวลา 4 สัปดาห์ โดยจะแบ่งจำนวนคน ออกเป็นกลุ่ม และแบ่งออกเป็น 2 ช่วง ได้แก่ วันที่ 5 ตุลาคม – 30 ตุลาคม และ วันที่ 9 พฤศจิกายน – 4 ธันวาคม สำหรับในรอบนี้จะคัดเลือกในแต่ละกลุ่มให้เหลือตามจำนวนที่กำนหดไว้ คนเพื่อเป็นนักศึกษาตัวจริงที่จะได้เรียนใน ECOLE 42 BANGKOK ทั้งนี้ ผู้ที่สนใจสมัครเรียน เอกอล 42...
