Christian media leaders around the world often face challenges that we can hardly fathom. In Kookaa, Ghana—a village once without clean water or electricity—hope is flowing again. MEDIA Alliance celebrated God's work through Christian ministry leaders this October in Dallas. MEDIA Alliance gathered ministry leaders from across the Balkans for three days of training. According to Nations Outreach, in 2021, there were an estimated 430,000 Christian missionaries on the field full-time. This includes Catholics, Protestants, and other denominations.

However, according to Global Frontier Missions, “It is estimated that of the 8 billion people alive in the world today, 3.4 billion of them live in unreached people groups with little or no access... How many missionaries will it take to expose 3.4 billion unreached people to Jesus? How can 430,000 missionaries reach 3,400,000,000 people!?
