In Hebrew many names have a meaning, my name, Aviv, means spring, the time of creation. As a daughter of mix roots, Iraq and Argentine, where both grandmas dedicated their life to textile, I see textile as a language of communication. In my opinion, the world is in a constant state of flux, cultures have never been static and my portfolio represent this state of mind through textile. Renewal, research and formation are constant themes in my work, which invite me, in every project to a new adventure.
