about mysite heatherewrench wixsite com

I grew up in Dunn, North Carolina. It is between the beach and the mountains so it really influenced my hobbies and the things I loved as a kid and now as an adult! I love to hike, bike, read, play video games, do photography, art and explore new things. I’ve recently graduated from Bluefield College in May of 2019 where I got a degree in History Education 6-12. I love working with students of all age groups, backgrounds, and ability levels. I have a special place in my heart for Exceptional Children and am very excited when I get the chance to work with them in my classroom.

My favorite thing about being a teacher is having the chance to build relationships with my students and to watch them learn and grow, academically and as people. In my free time I spend a lot of time working with my church’s youth group and I do a lot of service projects and mission trips with them. I’ve been on mission trips to Costa Rica, Mexico and the Dominican Republic. I’ve worked in schools, conservation, and as a pharmacy tech. I’m very excited that I get the opportunity to be a missionary teacher and I’m very grateful to all the people who have helped give me the ability to go. I wouldn’t be able to do what I do without the support of my brothers and sisters in Christ and I will be eternally grateful for the opportunity I’ve been given to serve God...

Our mission is to run towards that which gets us out of our comfort zone, to make the harder choice, and to align ourselves with our values. We used to live on the run. And we aren't talking about running marathons or jogging, we're talking binge drinking, negative habits, and unhealthy relationships to escape reality. Running away from anything difficult, staying comfortable with our repeated patterns that caused stress. Chaos felt like home. Now we have a new home.

We've taken our experiences and dove in head first to find a new way to break old patterns and to stop repeating old stories. Through our travels and continued education, we've found that our stories are incredibly relatable. "Running forward", as teachers, we want to provide tools and guidance for humans of all kinds that are seeking growth and fulfillment. Do you feel like you are "stuck" in the life you have built but know that something is missing? Do you ever feel like you are in a constant cycle of learning the same lesson over and over? OUR SPRING BOOK FAIR WILL RUN MONDAY MARCH 9TH- MARCH 13TH I'm a treasured member of the family of God, daughter of the Star Breather. I am unashamedly addicted to good coffee, fresh air and sunshine. I am native to the Northwest, a recent nursing school graduate and an emergency room nurse. This site is the open space that my heart needs to process through thoughts and lessons.

Hey guys! My name is Heather if you don't already know me. I am twenty years old and live in Northern New Jersey. Currently I am attending William Paterson University and majoring in Exercise Science. Working out became my second chance at recreating the life I was living for the better. I take pride in knowing many who have followed my journey have inherited several takeaways from it.

And even more so I take pride in seeing how remarkably each individual comes to model themselves over time. While I feel no greater honor than to inspire through Instagram and grow alongside you all, it's time to take this to the next level. I want to not only work with you, but train with you! I want the goals you have for yourself to become reality as significantly as possible through the work we do together. I look forward to not only expanding my knowledge of who YOU are, but the person you'll love evolving into as we begin this journey together. Fully expressed and full of life, Heather Elaine Parmley has been described as a beam of sunshine...

Heather grew up nestled in the hills of Ohio, first attending Hocking College for a degree in Ecotourism and Adventure Travel. Having an inherent love for animals and plants, she quickly fell into the role of a Tour Guide. Loving to educate others about the environment, this job was thrilling, and gifted an insider's view of the Outdoor Recreation world (rock climbing, scuba diving, zip lining, backpacking, kayaking, etc.). The role of tour guide allowed her to study and gain valuable knowledge on the different ecosystems she lived around. Heather has been lucky enough to call the Appalachian Forest, Florida Barrier Reef, The Grand Canyon, and now the Blue Ridge Mountains home. Taking this knowledge with her on retreats, she's able to guide an in-depth adventure day, with a special love for the places she's previously guided before.

At a young age Heather started to explore self development work, after being inspired by a Cross Cultural class she took in college. With her interest to learn, and her love for connection, she soon found herself diving into the world of Yoga and all things spiritual. This lifestyle sparked growth and pushed Heather out of her comfort zone. Experimenting with many different kinds of therapy, meditation, nutrition classes, and leaning into her love for dance and movement, she continued her education every chance she got. In 2019 she was certified as a Registered Yoga Teacher- 200 hour, in Costa Rica and in 2021 she went back to school to become a Licensed Massage and Bodywork Therapist. Heather lives nestled in the Blue Ridge mountains of North Carolina, where she has her own private practice, Balance the Body Massage.

In addition to being a Wellness Retreat Leader, Massage Therapist, and Yoga Teacher, Heather has been busy continuing her education. Her studies include; nutrition, anatomy, somatic psychology, musculoskeletal, Cognitive Behavioral Certification, Ayurveda, Enneagram, Nonviolent Communication, and Attachment Styles. Heather has learned a lot during this journey. Her capacity for love and her resilient nature led her to this work. One priceless lesson; the work is never done and the learning never stops. Essentially every being is a Teacher, if you're willing to get quiet and truly listen, lessons are all around us.

Just remember to slow down and breathe. HI! I’m a God Fearing, Crazy Wife, and Homeschooling Momma of 2 tweens. I’ve got a lot going on, but I have always had a draw and desire to work with and help people with my hands. In High School I worked as a Physical Therapy assistant and a Massage Therapy assistant. There the spark was ignited.

Fast forward 25 years and life had other plans for me at the time. I had not become a Physical or Massage Therapist, but the desire still remained. I used Young Living essential oils for a year and fell in love with the array of assistance they could give me and my family through every situation. I share my passion of essential oils and their endless possibilities with everyone I get a chance to. It was a year into my Young Living journey that I learned about the Raindrop Technique. It was using therapeutic grade essential oils to work on the body.

At that moment I knew that I wanted to combine my desire to help others with my love of essential oils to become a Certified Raindrop Technique Specialist.
