Marq allows you to build brochures, flyers and posters from predefined, branded templates that can easily be printed or sent to Phoenix Innovate or The National Group. The University has a limited number of licenses, so if you would like access to the system, you can request a license through the marketing request form. This integration allows users to drag and drop images from your PhotoShelter library directly into your Marq project – all without leaving Marq. Your PhotoShelter images will automatically appear in your Marq images every time you log in; once you integrate your accounts. Now, every template is easier to build and on brand. Because TU has a limited number of Marq licenses, shared mailboxes are used as user IDs (rather than individual email addresses). Shared mailboxes let departments allow multiple people to log in to the same account and work on files together. Shared mailboxes are created specifically to access Marq — for example, athletics-marq AT_TOWSON — so anyone can use them without interrupting the normal flow of email to a departmental account. When working on files in Marq, it is important to setup a copy of your group’s shared mailbox inbox in your personal outlook account so that you can receive messages from the Marq system... Find the right template to print your Avery product Navigate to the “Templates” tab in the left panel. Click the “Manage Template Categories” button in the bottom left. We automatically have filters for project size, number of pages, and project orientation. Feel free to create and add as many filters as you’d like. Some examples may include:- Category (postcard, flyer, brochure, etc.)- Season (summer, spring, fall, winter)- Purpose (case studies, presentations, trade shows, etc.)- Agent type (single agent, two agents, agent team, etc.)

Go to the “My Projects” tab and locate a template you want to convert. Click “More”, then “Convert to Brand Template”. A copy will be created and placed in your brand templates. Name this copy and click “Copy and Convert”.
