Powered by Help Scout Progress reporting helps you track your team’s progress through the various programs on the platform. You can monitor what programs your team members have joined and their progress, allowing you to stay on top of your team’s learning and development. You need to be a License Holder or Manager in order to see progress reporting.

You can find Progress Reporting by navigating to ‘Team Members’, found underneath Team Management, on the left side, bottom corner of the learning page. Here you will find the Progress Report displayed at the bottom of the page. If a member has not joined a program, ‘no progress’ will be displayed. If you're on a flex or enterprise team license, you also have access to the ‘My Team Dashboard’. This report gives you deeper insights into how your team is engaging with AIHR’s learning platform and features. As a License Holder or Manager on a flex or enterprise team license, you have access to an additional reporting tool: My Team Dashboard.

This provides you with more detailed insights into how your team is engaging with AIHR’s many features. With this tool, you can quickly assess the value your team is gaining from the AIHR academy, celebrate your most engaged learners, and encourage those who are falling behind. To access the dashboard, go to the ‘Team Analytics’ page. No, this is a standardized report, although you can filter information specific to each individual by clicking on their name in the list views.
