I wish I had looked them up before I even considered using Laser Away. They hardcore sold me services that I couldn’t use. They said my skin type was no longer a good fit for the procedure any more after a few sessions. But I already prepaid for multiple sessions! Now I can’t get a refund! The company is unethical.

Their corporate team is just as bad. Every time I call no one answers. I leave messages and no one ever calls back either. This place is just here to scam people, take their money and then move on to the next unsuspecting victim. Sitting waiting on my very first appt. It’s over an hour past my appt time still waiting……I wanted to let my frustration out.
