I signed up for 1 year but kids did not end up enjoying it, and was not due to them having to do match. I canceled the subscription but year later they auto renewed and charged me another $99 USD.

I contacted them and spoke with "Abbie Turner" within a few hours of the renewal but they would not refund my money. I canceled and they auto-renewed me and no refund... BS.Scam Corporation should be their name. My son is in 4th grade and due to a glitch he has to do a lot of splash learn because sometimes it kicks him off and makes him redo it. He had to skip his baseball game cause of splash learn. My daughters are twins and they had to miss a birthday party due to a glitch.

Although they've learned a lot, it gives them a lot of stress. We hope one day for all the glitches to be fixed.
