He was tight-lipped to avoid spoiling anything, but McNally did say the show will “explore some some areas that we haven’t had a chance to before in terms of these new characters but expanding... It presents an opportunity to kind of dive into that and unpack that a little bit.” At the end of Season 11, Elizabeth and Nathan finally confessed their feelings for each other after a long slow burn.
