What does this look like going forward when we’re witnessing a relentless chipping away of our democracy, media, health care, educational institutions, justice system, and constitutional rights?

To begin, we can’t do everything without eventual burnout and physical exhaustion. The pressure to react to every breaking news crisis creates the risk of inertia. Instead: we can choose what aligns with our passion and focus on specific actions to achieve goals with small, consistent steps and make a real impact, here and now. What we will do – we’ll hone-in and prioritize a few realistic goals that we can accomplish and see those results. This is how we’ll stay in the movement for the long game with a goal of making a real impact right here in our communities in West Michigan. We’ll connect people together and support each other along this path.

There’s a place for everyone here and we need you! Whatever your passion, you can find a project to be a part of in whatever way is comfortable for you. stand against any agenda that threatens our American values, our institutions and our neighbors. We commit ourselves to preserve democracy for all by respectfully, effectively and vigorously engaging our members of Congress to ensure full representation for the 1st Congressional District of Indiana. We will follow Indivisible Guide, Indivisible: A Practical Guide to Democracy on the Brink, as we build a sustainable local organization to empower our members and to help voters from throughout the Northwest Indiana... We will focus on the issues that unite our members.

We remain dedicated to the tasks of voter awareness and education, helping to truthfully inform the public about importan issues and legilation, both state and national, and activism.
