In keeping with our continued commitment to effective labor services, the Committee also seeks to provide a comprehensive understanding of the complex legislation impacting law enforcement officers—knowledge crucial to establishing protections from unfair labor... Simultaneously, we have already established a training schedule covering a wide spectrum of leadership, labor, and legal issues. We are also prepared to develop on-site custom training events nationwide on these and other topics as needed. Crook Memorial Scholarship program through the Alabama FOP Foundation. Attached you will find an application and instructions for applying for the scholarship. This is available to children and grandchildren of current FOP members. The scholarship will be awarded to an applicant (High School Senior) in April in the amount of $2000 for continuing education at an accredited 4-year college, 2-year junior college, or a trade school.
