One of my new-found interests is machine embroidery which I developed through my final project in Element 2. I would love to explore this further at industry level, it is a relaxing job that adds life to a garment. I also really enjoyed making and designing for a pantomime brief. The pantomime genre allows for a playful and wacky style of costuming which I had a lot of fun with. With my skills of fabric buying, the fabric I chose really brought the design to life. Designing is something I am particularly interested in, the creative style of producing moodboards and rough drawings for characters that bring them to life is something I really enjoy.

I was born in a Chinese family, consisting of 4 members, father, mother, elder brother and I. We are a wonderful family and always celebrate festivals and events together. My secondary school was Lahad Datu Middle School, Sabah.

However, I am currently pursuing my Diploma in Business at INTI International College Subang (IICS). I rented a home at SS15, Subang Jaya to join physical class before the Covid-19 pandemic, while currently the classes are conducted virtually. My hobby since I was young was hiking. My hometown Sabah, the second largest state in Malaysia with a good geographical structure, has numerous mountains that are suitable for people to go for hiking. Hiking can be described as one of the habits of Sabah people, so I like to join my family and friends for hiking activities. Also, we will have some fun activities like picnics and camping during our hiking.

Apart from hiking, jogging is also one of my hobbies. The reason I like jogging is because it is beneficial for both our body and mental health. For example, improve our bone strength and build muscles, as well as boost our mental health by reducing stress and depression. During my leisure time, I enjoy spending my time watching movies. I usually watch different kinds of movies, especially anime when I am free. I love watching movies with my friends because I always discuss with them about the movie we watch.

Academically I gained a lot of knowledge about programming, which includes a wide range of functions and so on. During my studies, I was taught how to manage databases and how to become an analysis designer in the future.
