What Surpises International Students When They Come To Lut University
LUT University welcomes every year around 200 exchange students to its Lappeenranta campus located by beautiful Lake Saimaa only two-hour train ride away from the capital Helsinki. Starting from the Autumn semester 2025, LUT University will also offer exchange studies for selected study fields at the Lahti campus, even closer to the capital area. The international student community at LUT University is strong and there are plenty of cultural theme nights, parties and all sorts of get-togethers organized. For instance, the Erasmus Student Network (ESN) is active both in Lappeenranta and Lahti.
